400m 8-lane Mondo track. It is free, but you have to fill out an application form to enter, and the opening days change frequently.

경기도 남양주시 다산지금로 91 (이패동 산87)
대중교통 경의중앙선 도농역에서는 걸어가기에 거리가 있어 버스로 갈아타는 편이 낫다. 166번, 1000번, 1003번이 남양주체육문화센터 정류장에 선다. 주차는 입차 후 60분까지 무료이고, 그 뒤로는 10분당 200원씩 붙어 하루 최대 7,000원이다.

어떤 곳인가
This is the athletics track located at the auxiliary stadium of Namyangju Sports Complex. It is an 8-lane, 400m Mondo track. It is operated by Namyangju Urban Development Corporation, and there is no usage fee.
The operating hours are from 06:00 to 21:50. However, the track is unavailable on weekdays from 18:00 to 20:00 due to training by the Citizens' Football Club. If you are planning an evening run after work, you should avoid these two hours. The facility is closed on New Year's Day, the Lunar New Year holidays, and Chuseok.
You must fill out an application form upon entry. Advance reservations are not required, but filling it out on-site is mandatory.
You cannot enter the grass field. Pets, bicycles, inline skates, strollers, and kickboards are also prohibited.
