제1조 (목적)
These Terms and Conditions apply to the company operated by IDC.KR Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") RUNNING INSIDE(runin.kr, 이하 「서비스」)의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
Article 2 (Nature of the Service — Please Read)
① 서비스는 국내외 마라톤·Trail 대회의 An information service that collects and displays information and sends notifications when registration opens.입니다.
② 서비스는 We do not handle competition registration. 접수는 각 대회의 공식 접수처에서 이루어지며, 서비스는 그 접수처로 가는 링크만 제공합니다.
③ 서비스는 We do not accept any payments, including participation fees. 서비스 이용은 무료입니다.
④ 따라서 대회의 개최·Cancelled·연기·Entry fee 환불·Time 인정 등에 관한 책임은 It belongs to the organizer of the competition., 회사는 그 당사자가 아닙니다.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
① The Company posts these Terms and Conditions on the service screen.
② The Company may amend the Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendment does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and upon amendment 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 화면에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 개정은 30일 전부터 공지하고, 개별 통지가 가능한 경우 함께 알립니다.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Non-member Use)
① 알림 신청은 With just an email address, without signing up 가능합니다.
② You can become a member via social login (Naver, Kakao, Google). In this case, the information provided to the company is Unique identifier · Email address · Nickname까지이며, 생년월일·성별·연락처는 요청하지 않습니다.
③ Members may withdraw at any time. You can check the withdrawal procedure on My Page or the Membership Withdrawal Guide screen.
Article 5 (Accuracy and Limitations of Competition Information)
① 회사는 대회 정보를 Official site·접수처·Organiser 측 공지 등 공개된 출처에서 수집하며, 확인한 날짜를 각 대회 화면에 표시합니다.
② 대회 정보는 This is subject to change without notice due to circumstances on the organizer's side. 참가 신청 전에는 반드시 Check again on the official website해 주십시오.
③ The Company corrects errors in information without delay upon discovering them. If you find an error, please notify us via "Report Information" on each competition screen or by emailing sales@idc.kr, and we will verify and reflect the changes.
④ The Company, for damages caused by errors in information, Unless there is intent or gross negligence 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제6조 (알림 서비스)
① 알림은 이용자가 직접 선택한 조건(지역·Distance·특정 대회)에 해당하는 대회의 접수 개시·마감 임박 등을 안내합니다.
② 광고성 정보는 별도로 동의하신 경우에만 발송합니다. 필수 동의와 묶지 않습니다.
③ 모든 발송 메일에는 수신거부 링크가 들어 있으며, 한 번의 클릭으로 해지됩니다.
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
Users must not engage in the following actions.
- The act of signing up for notifications by stealing another person's email address or account
- The act of collecting service information in large quantities through automated means
- Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the service
- Service information without the company's consent 영리 목적으로 복제·배포하는 행위
Article 8 (Handling of Posts and Tips)
① 이용자가 제보한 대회·크루·Training routes 정보는 회사가 사실 확인을 거쳐 반영합니다.
② In cases where the user provides works such as photographs, Guaranteeing that there is the right to provide the work하는 것으로 봅니다. 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 자료는 통보 즉시 삭제합니다.
제9조 (서비스의 중단)
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to reasons such as equipment inspection or replacement, communication failures, or natural disasters, and will provide notice on the service screen if advance notice is possible.
제10조 (준거법과 관할)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes regarding the use of the Service 민사소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
