대중교통 지하철역에서 2km쯤 떨어져 있어 버스가 편하다. 북문 쪽 「월드컵경기장」 정류장에는 매월06·매월16·매월26·첨단20·송암74번이 선다. 서문 쪽 「월드컵경기장주차장」 정류장에는 금남59번이 선다. 경기장 주차장을 쓸 수 있고 옆 롯데마트 주차장도 함께 이용한다.

어떤 곳인가
This is a track located inside the Gwangju World Cup Stadium. It is not a separate auxiliary stadium, but rather encircles the main stadium's ground. It is 400 meters long with 8 lanes, and the lane width is 1.25 meters. It was installed after removing the movable seats in preparation for the 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade.
Operations are centered on rentals. Hours are divided into two sessions per day: 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00. The rental fee for the athletics track for four hours is 100,000 won for sporting events and 150,000 won for non-profit events.
There is no separate guidance for individuals visiting alone. There are no set hours for entry or individual fees. To avoid a wasted trip, please call 062-604-2002 to inquire first.
